the front desk staff was helpful with my requests. i noticed a free shuttle service to universal studios, a convenient amenity. the room was spacious with comfortable beds.. a nice benefit after a long day.

I found the walls to be thin. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times.

perfect for a quick getaway!

perfect location refreshing pool easy access

i would visit again for sure! the location impressed me. many shops sit close by. parks are also easily accessible from the hotel, a plus. the pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day.

the response is short, the information we received about the universal shuttle was incorrect. this caused a delay and affected our plans to meet family.

dated interiors unclear signage

the location was fairly close to universal studios.

The interiors felt dated, especially in my room. an electrical outlet at the desk did not work, so i charged my laptop on the floor. additionally, the parking situation was confusing. My car was towed because i parked in the wrong lot due to unclear signage.
